We invite proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for the deployment and management of cloud hosting infrastructure to support our organization’s applications and services.
The proposed solution should provide a secure, scalable, and highly available cloud environment capable of handling current and future workloads. The infrastructure must support features such as auto-scaling, load balancing, data backup, disaster recovery, and high uptime.
Vendors may propose solutions on leading cloud platforms, ensuring robust security measures, including data encryption, access control, and monitoring. The system should allow seamless integration with existing applications and support deployment of web and mobile services.
The scope of work includes infrastructure setup, configuration, migration (if required), testing, and ongoing maintenance/support. Vendors are expected to provide detailed technical architecture, pricing models (pay-as-you-go or fixed), service level agreements (SLAs), and support plans.
Preference will be given to vendors offering reliable, cost-effective, and scalable cloud solutions with strong security, high availability, and responsive technical support.
