ERP System Tender
We invite proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for the implementation of an end-to-end Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline and integrate core business processes across the organization.
The proposed ERP solution should cover key functional areas such as finance, human resources, procurement, inventory, sales, and reporting. The system must provide centralized data management, real-time insights, and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
The solution should be scalable, secure, and user-friendly, with role-based access control and comprehensive reporting capabilities. Integration with existing systems and third-party applications via APIs is required. The ERP should also support customization to meet specific business requirements.
The scope of work includes requirement analysis, system design, development/customization, implementation, data migration, user training, testing, and post-deployment support. Vendors are expected to provide detailed technical proposals, module-wise features, implementation timelines, and maintenance plans.
Preference will be given to vendors offering robust and scalable solutions, proven experience in ERP implementation, competitive pricing, timely delivery, and strong after-sales support.
