Office Laptops Tender
We invite proposals from qualified and authorized vendors for the supply of 40 office laptops to be deployed across multiple departments within the organization. The laptops should be designed for professional use, ensuring high performance, durability, and reliability for daily business operations.
The required devices must meet modern technical standards, including efficient processors, पर्याप्त RAM, and fast storage (SSD preferred), to support multitasking, office applications, and enterprise software. All laptops should be supplied with genuine operating systems and necessary drivers pre-installed.
Vendors are expected to provide detailed specifications, brand information, warranty coverage, and after-sales support services. The scope of work includes delivery and, if required, basic setup and configuration.
Preference will be given to vendors offering competitive pricing, timely delivery, and strong service support.
